Sometimes errors happen, even to the best of us! At Alliance Packaging, our main priority is your complete satisfaction. Therefore, we are pleased to offer our official but friendly returns policy to ensure that you are fully covered in the event of an incorrect order.
Replacement or Refund Guarantee
Should you receive an order that is incorrect, whether due to packaging errors or shipping mishaps, we guarantee to either replace the items or provide a full refund, whichever option you prefer. We want to assure you that we take full responsibility for any discrepancies and are committed to rectifying the situation promptly and hassle-free.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return for an incorrect order, please follow the simple steps below:
1. Contact our Customer Support Team: Reach out to our friendly and dedicated Customer Support Team either through phone or email within 10 business days of receiving the order. Provide them with your order number, details of the incorrect items, and your preferred resolution (replacement or refund).
2. Return Authorisation: Upon verification of the incorrect order, our Customer Support Team will provide you with detailed instructions on packaging and shipping the items back to us.
3. Packaging and Shipping: Ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent any further damage during transit. Clearly mark the Order Number on the package to expedite the return process.
4. In the event of an incorrect item received we will arrange a return of the incorrect items via UPS free of charge. The UPS driver will bring the labels.
If you received the correct items but would like to arrange a return/refund:
1. Contact our Customer Support Team: Reach out to our friendly and dedicated Customer Support Team either through phone or email within 10 business days of receiving the order. Provide them with your order number, details of the incorrect items, and your preferred resolution (replacement or refund).
2. Return Authorisation: Upon verification of the incorrect order, our Customer Support Team will provide you with detailed instructions on packaging and shipping the items back to us.
3. Packaging and Shipping: Ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent any further damage during transit. Clearly mark the Order Number on the package to expedite the return process.
4. Then send the items to the Returns Address below.
5. If you received the correct item but you would like us to arrange a collection you can process this by clicking here and adding this product to your basket. Then go to the checkout and select 'Courier Delivery' - this will then process a payment for the courier fee (€9.50 + vat) and we can collect your items.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a replacement or refund under our Returns Policy, please note the following conditions:
The incorrect items must be reported within 10 business days of receiving the order.
The items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
The return shipment must be accompanied by the assigned Order Number.
Any shipping fees incurred during the original purchase are non-refundable.

Resolution Options
Upon receiving the returned items, our dedicated team will promptly assess their condition and verify the discrepancies. Based on your preference, we will take one of the following actions:
Replacement: We will dispatch the correct items to you at the earliest available opportunity. In case the original items are out of stock, we will offer a suitable alternative or advise on the next best steps.
Refund: If you prefer a refund, we will initiate the reimbursement process within 5 business days through the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow for standard transaction processing times, which may vary based on your financial institution.
